Pages carry a new date only when their content changes. This list is the record. Subscribe with the RSS feed.

  1. · Tax bill on the LPF page, worked examples labelled: The Hong Kong limited partnership fund page now says that the carried-interest and fund tax bill is gazetted and not yet law, matching the Hong Kong market page. Worked-example figures on the fees, fund, leveraged buyout, growth equity and related pages are labelled as our own arithmetic or assumptions, and the due diligence steps no longer use numbered markers.
  2. · Singapore tests, fee benchmark, strategy sections rewritten: Singapore's three accredited-investor tests are now listed in full. The fund page adds ILPA's 2021 fee survey as the current benchmark and a hurdle-and-catch-up ledger. Undated Wikipedia size claims were removed from the strategy page, and the approach page's strategy sections were rewritten with Asian examples.
  3. · Asia coverage and rule-text sourcing: The fund page now reads Hong Kong's Limited Partnership Fund Ordinance directly, including the limited-partner safe harbour, and sets the Hong Kong, Singapore and Cayman fund types side by side. Investor tests are shown for Hong Kong and Singapore, with the United States rule labelled. The strategy page adds the Asia-Pacific buyout and growth mix for 2024 and drops leverage ranges that rested on one encyclopaedia entry. The approach page adds the SFC Fund Manager Code of Conduct and the Asian exit queue.
  4. · Site launched on preview: The editorial policy, the corrections log and the first three model pages.
